Final Fantasy 2 is another remake based around the 20th anniversary of final fantasy at the time for the psp. 

Its focused on the warriors of light stopping an evil force in this case being the Palesian empire like before so the story is as atypically simple as before during that time frame before final fantasy started implementing more complex stories. 

The characters you can choose their classes but no personality or anything interesting of them. 

Encounter rate wise its not as intrusive as it was in the first game. 

This game is more so focused on increasing various stat attributes something that would be developed more upon through the SaGa games. 

This game is also one of the more easier final fantasy games to get through so its not really a hard process to go through this game in a few days or so. 

Its a pretty grindy process too to keep in mind. 

The music is pretty good. 

Like before its turned based combat. 

The graphics and art were good too. 

The cgi cutscenes still hold up pretty well today. 

Overall it was a good game. 

It gets 4 out of 5 stars.
