Eternights

Eternights is a video game by Studio Sai. 

It focuses on the main character and his friends trying to survive the apocalypse and the truth of it in order to stop it. 

The story borrows alot of elements from Tokyo Ghoul and Persona 5 but with all of the cheesier elements to it to the point you could not take the story seriously even for a single second. 

The characters themselves are just the most  modern day persona/smt cookie cutter tropey types imaginable one such character looked way too similar to Marin from My Dress Up Darling its one thing to take reference its another to just blatantly rip it off. 

The dialogue its incredibly cringey and just insufferable to go through. 

The game has plenty of things to do to help you go through the story from scavenging items for characters to bonding with them for bonuses and since its one part dating sim the ending varies based on how well you did. 

The graphics are average yet the artstyle itself was decent. 

The anime cutscenes were decent. 

The hack and slash gameplay was incredibly tedious and very much button mashing something thats also a symptom of more recent titles PlatinumGames has been pushing since Bayonetta 3 and Astral Chain lately. 

There is also apparently some globalhomo shit in it too basically pandering to the literal rotten sexually fetishizating mentally unstable girl/boy crowd and yeah not interested in that shit at all period. 

Theres also alot of dirty comedy in it to rival our world has ended but not the way Shimoneta handled it so that dirty comedy in this game is just below average in comparison to anything Shimoneta did which still stands out as incredible to this day unlike this game like I've said. 

The voice acting was incredibly annoying too. 

Overall it was a below average game. 

It gets 2 out of 5 stars. 

After doing some more research into the game, apparently the developer team is Korean based so yeah im going to be passing on anything Korean releated from here on out as this was only just last minute i found out it was from Korea.
